Sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue of human cervix were deparaffinized ased in Retriever to unmask the antigen.

We used on (pH 6.0) with cooling of the slides overnight. Antibody HECD-1 against cell adhesion 820-PVTB00017-2E molecule E-cadherin was used together with R-Detect HRP detection system for immunostaining of sections

BUGS´n BEADS™ TB from Genpoint-NorDiag is an easy-to-perform and automated method for isolation of DNA and RNA from bacteria. The kit has successfully been used for  the isolation of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis present in sputum as well as other non respiratory samples, and can be combined with various downstream detection systems such as PCR*, Strand Displacement Amplification (SDA**) and NASBA*** amplification.
